Terms of Service

VaultBay is a garage organization app for tracking vehicles, modifications, detailing products, receipts, media, and related spending. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add.

You must use the service lawfully, keep your account credentials secure, and not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or misuse VaultBay or its connected providers.

Some features may require an account, subscription, one-time purchase, or usage credits. Billing is processed by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's terms and payment flows.

Paid features, limits, pricing, and availability may change over time. If a subscription is offered, cancellation affects future renewals and does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or expressly stated.

You keep ownership of the vehicle details, photos, receipts, notes, and other content you upload. You grant VaultBay the permission needed to host, process, display, back up, and transmit that content so the app can work.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, content that includes unnecessary sensitive personal information, or content that violates another person's rights.

AI-assisted scanning, summaries, image styling, and similar features may produce imperfect results. You should review important outputs before relying on them.

VaultBay is not a mechanic, insurer, appraiser, accountant, or legal advisor. Maintenance decisions, installation choices, safety checks, warranty impacts, and vehicle compliance remain your responsibility.

We aim to keep VaultBay reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, security work, or product changes.

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features as the product evolves, including beta or early-access functionality.

VaultBay is provided as available and without warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for claims related to VaultBay is limited to the amount you paid to use the service during the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms as VaultBay grows. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
