When you use paid features, payment details are handled by Stripe. VaultBay receives billing status, customer identifiers, checkout details, and subscription information, but we do not store full card numbers.

We use your information to operate VaultBay, sync your dashboard, save uploaded media, provide support, process payments, improve product quality, and protect the service from abuse.

If AI scanning or image features are used, submitted images or text may be sent to our AI providers only to complete the requested action and improve the usefulness of the app experience.

We share information with service providers that help run VaultBay, including hosting, database, storage, analytics, payment, email, support, and AI infrastructure providers.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect VaultBay, users, and the public.

We keep information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain backups. You may request account or data deletion by contacting support.

You can update profile and garage information in your dashboard. You can also choose what vehicle photos, product information, receipts, and notes you upload.
